The AMV-France staff won't modify your video with a censoring picture. You have to do it by yourself.
But yeah if there is a censoring picture, I think judges will validate your video.
Anyway if there is a problem, the staff wil contact you to tell you what is the problem with your video.

Bustling was not selected in the main list because of the pornographic scene (naked woman with a finger in her p....) otherwise this video could get a good position in the ranking. Keep in mind Japan Expo is a convention contest, so children could see your music video. That's why we can't show pornography and extreme violence.

I am not sure to understand your comment but this new rule is not to get a "local" winner but to get more exclusive videos. Anyway I suppose we will get few videos from the Big Contest like last year ^^
Of course if japan expo was an on-line contest (like Akross or Big contest), we'd accept only exclusive videos. But it's not the case, it's a off-line contest for the public in a certain way.

But I am glad that the video can only be premiered from the beginning of the year 2010.

Effectively that's the rules but our judges are quiet open-minded with this rule (I hope). I mean we could accept non-japanese animation as well (in part).

А как работает рега,? Нужо сразу всё и сразу? или же можно сначала зарегаться, а потом через месяц скажем клип зплить?

Я так понял щелкаем "Регистрация", заполняем все поля, заливаем на их фтп и все? или как?
