The Lone Front

Sypnosis: It has been several years ever since the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings, leaving the majority of Japan in a state of havoc. Shelling’s, attacks, and human carcasses are a common sight to see during these times. As the survivors of the bombings attempt to resettle themselves into society, many have grieved over the ones they have loved and lost from the blasts. Out of the rubble came two of the lone survivors: Father Tomoya and his daughter Ushio, whom have recently been relocated to a shelter due to massive shelling’s taking place around the Nagasaki regions, where they used to live. As they were struck with poverty living around the outskirts of Japan, Tomoya needed to find a way to earn money for the sake of his and Ushio’s survival. In desperation, Tomoya searches out for companions along the way, only to find people that had eventually struck him into even further turmoil. However, despite their will to survive through these desolate times, a lot of the tragic events have started to crawl into their minds, leaving them grieving in pain for their very own lost loved ones. Not to mention, that Tomoya’s loss of his dear wife Nagisa had struck the remainder of their family into terrible pain and sadness. 

This AMV is an anime cross-over movie trailer made for a school course of mine. The project was that we had to make our own movie concept, and create a trailer for it. Enjoy!
